The Coffee OS · Wholesale
Wholesale accounts reorder without calling you.
Cafés, grocers and offices get a portal on your domain, with their own prices and their usual order waiting.

How it works for the customer
A café logs into its portal and sees its own prices, not your retail ones. Its usual order is already filled in, so the owner changes a quantity or two and sends it. A reorder takes a minute.
Invoices and statements sit in the same place, so nobody has to email you for last month’s.
How it works for you
You set a price sheet per account or per tier, and the terms each account pays on. An account that has fallen behind can go on a credit hold, so new orders wait until it’s settled.
Wholesale sells from the same lot stock as the shop and subscriptions. New accounts apply through the portal, and you approve them.
What we run every week
When an account passes its usual gap between orders, it gets a reminder.
When a lot an account buys is roasted, it gets a short note saying it’s in.
Overdue invoices are chased.
Every Monday, one line: reorder rate and the accounts that have lapsed.

Moving your accounts over
We import your accounts and price lists from a spreadsheet or from the system you use now. Each account gets one welcome email in your voice, with its login.
It happens during onboarding, before their next order is due.
In which plan
Blend and up, from $829 a month + 2% of online sales. Or add it to any plan for +$300 a month.
$1,250 one-off to get you live.

Can accounts pay on terms?
Yes. You set the terms per account, invoices go out on them, and overdue ones are chased.
Can I have different prices per café?
Yes. Give an account its own price sheet, or put it on a tier that several accounts share.
What about sample requests?
Accounts can ask for samples from the portal. You decide what goes out and whether it’s charged.
Can accounts order retail too?
The portal shows an account its wholesale prices. If the owner buys bags for home as well, that’s an ordinary shop order.
How do I onboard a new café?
Send them to the portal to apply, or add them yourself. Once you approve the account, it gets a login and its prices.
See your shop before you decide anything.
Paste your website. In two working days: your shop on our platform and a launch email for one of your coffees. Like it, we move you across. Don’t, nothing happens.
