The Coffee OS · Office accounts

Offices order coffee from Turno. Turno buys it from you.

Turno is our office-coffee brand. It sells to offices, buys the beans from a roaster near them, and is starting in New York.

How it works for the office

An office sets a schedule on Turno: how much coffee, and how often. The beans come fresh from a roaster near them, and the office gets one invoice, from us.

Beans only at launch. The office doesn’t have to find a roaster or keep track of who sends what.

How it works for you

You set what you can supply and when. An office order arrives in your admin as a routed order with its delivery window, next to your own orders.

You pay nothing for it. We bill the office and take our margin on the order.

What we run every week

Next week’s office orders are routed to the roasters who can supply them.

An order that’s missed or declined is routed to another roaster, so the office still gets its coffee.

Every Monday, one line on your office volume.

A limited number of roaster slots in each city.

  • New York

A slot is earned and kept the same way: by accepting the orders routed to you and dispatching them on time.

Getting a slot

Tell us the area you deliver to and the lots you can keep available for office orders. Offices inside that radius can be routed to you.

If a slot in your city is open, it’s yours to earn. If both are taken, you’re next in line when one opens.

Questions

How are offices matched to me?

By where they are and what you can supply. An office is routed to a roaster whose delivery area covers it and who has the coffee that week.

What if I can’t fulfil a week?

Decline the order, or mark the week unavailable ahead of time. It goes to another roaster. Declining often is what costs a slot.

Do I invoice the office?

No. We invoice the office and take our margin on the order. You pay nothing.

How many slots per city?

Two office-partner slots per metro. When they’re full, they’re full.

Beans only?

Beans only at launch.
