An event on beanpartner is sold like a lot: on your own domain, at the same checkout, to the same customer list.
How it works for the customer
They find the event on your shop and buy a ticket at the same checkout as their coffee. The ticket arrives by email with the date, the address and a link to add the event to their calendar.
A reminder arrives before the day. If the event is full, they join the waitlist and hear as soon as a seat opens. Every one of those emails comes from your roastery, not from a ticketing site.
How it works for you
You create an event the way you create a lot: a date, a description, a capacity, and a price or none. The waitlist fills cancellations, and refunds are handled for you.
Attendees land on your customer list with the event they came to. Afterwards they get the launch of the coffees they cupped, so something tasted at your table can become a bag at home.
What we run every week
Reminder emails before each event.
When someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist gets the seat.
After each event, an email with the coffees that were on the table and where to buy them.

Moving your events over
We import upcoming events and their attendees from Eventbrite or a spreadsheet. Dates, capacities and prices come across, and tickets already sold still count.
It happens during onboarding, before your next event goes on sale.

Questions
Can I charge?
Yes, or run it free. Paid tickets go through the same checkout as the shop, and refunds go back the same way.
Private events?
Yes. A private event isn’t listed on the shop, and only people with the link can book it.
Do attendees become subscribers?
They land on your customer list, and the email after the event offers them a subscription. Whether they take it is up to them.
Can I run a recurring class?
Yes. Set it up once with its dates, and each date has its own seats and waitlist.
