About
You roast. Somebody still has to put the lot live, write the email, chase the failed card and answer the parcel. That is us, and there are four of us on purpose.
Every roastery we have worked with had the same shape of problem. The coffee was good, the website was fine, and nothing was being run. Not broken — run. Nobody was putting the new lot live on the day it came off the roaster, nobody was writing the launch email, nobody noticed the subscription that failed a card in March.
Agencies build the site and hand over a login. Software companies ship the tool and send a help article. Neither of them does the work, and the work is what a roaster does not have time for.
So beanpartner is both: the platform your shop, subscriptions and wholesale run on, and the people who work it every week. One invoice, one team, and the same person on your account month after month.
We work for roasters first. The plan is the rest of specialty coffee, cafés, importers and equipment makers, run the same way.
You will never be handed a login and a video. If something needs doing every week, it is ours.
Standing work is in the plan. Anything bigger is quoted before it starts. Nothing reaches the invoice you did not agree to.
Four people can know every account. Forty cannot, and you would be talking to a queue.
It moves with you if you leave. We would rather earn the next month than lock the door.
Who’s behind it
Our team is from the countries your coffee comes from: Colombia and East Africa, where coffee is the family business.
We’re not roasters, and we won’t pretend to be. What happens on the roaster and the cupping table is your craft, and those decisions stay yours.
What we bring is the other end of the chain. When your launch email says washed Huila or Sidamo, the person setting it up has been there. They know what the region and the process mean, and they won’t get either wrong in something that goes out under your name.
For a specialty lot, the origin is most of what there is to say. Getting it right in the email, on the shop page and on the wholesale sheet is part of running it properly.
You will work with one of them, and it will be the same one next month. Roles below, names as we introduce them.
Your person
Writes your emails in your voice, sets up your wholesale accounts and goes through the numbers with you every month.
Orders and fulfilment
Watches the queue, the carrier and the exceptions, so a lost box is answered before you hear about it.
The software
Builds and runs the store, the subscriptions and the wholesale portal it all sits on.
Launches and content
Every lot gets a launch, every event gets filled, and the site says what you are roasting now.
Prior work by the people here, not beanpartner case studies. We have not been running roasteries long enough to have those yet, and a page of invented ones would tell you nothing.

Not a sales team. The four of us are the company.
