The Coffee OS · Store
Sold by lot and roast date, on your own domain.
Your shop runs on beanpartner at your own address, and every coffee in it is sold as the lot it is.

How it works for the customer
They browse by origin or by roast date. Every coffee has its own lot page: where it’s from, the process, your tasting notes, and the day it was roasted. Bag sizes and grind sit on the same page, so there’s no second step to find the bag they want.
Checkout runs on Stripe and asks for what it needs to send the coffee, nothing more. Customers who have bought before don’t type it all again.
How it works for you
There is one catalogue. The shop, wholesale and subscriptions all sell from it, so a price changes once and a lot’s details are written once.
A lot goes live when you mark it roasted. Stock is one count, shared by everywhere that sells it, so the shop never sells a bag that wholesale already took.
What we run every week
A new lot goes live on its roast day, with its page written and its stock set.
Sold-out lots come off the shop on their own, and the people who bought that origin are flagged for the next one.
Every Monday, one line: shop revenue and the coffees that sold best.

Moving your shop over
We import your products and customers from Shopify, Squarespace or WooCommerce. Your domain moves across with no downtime, and old product URLs redirect to their new pages, so links people saved or shared keep working.
It happens during onboarding. Your current shop stays live until the new one is ready.
In which plan
Questions
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. The shop runs on your domain. We move it over, and nothing goes down while it moves.
What about my existing reviews?
Product reviews come across with the products wherever your current platform lets them be exported.
Do I lose SEO?
Old URLs redirect to the matching new pages, so the links search engines already know keep working. Lot pages carry what people search for: origin, process and tasting notes.
Can I sell merch and equipment?
Yes. Grinders, brewers, mugs and gift boxes sit in the same catalogue as the coffee. They just don’t have a roast date.
What about gift cards?
Gift cards are part of the shop, bought and spent at the same checkout.
See your shop before you decide anything.
Paste your website. In two working days: your shop on our platform and a launch email for one of your coffees. Like it, we move you across. Don’t, nothing happens.
